  Partial Planning

Partial planning offers personalized support to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly. After booking, you’ll share the areas where you’d like guidance, and we’ll work together to refine and complete your vision. Beginning 6–8 weeks prior, we’ll connect regularly, coordinate directly with your vendors, and manage final logistics — allowing you to feel confident, prepared, and fully at ease as your celebration approaches.

Day-Of-Coordinator

Designed for couples who have thoughtfully planned their celebration and want to be fully present on their wedding day, this service ensures every detail unfolds effortlessly. Lifestyle Event Designs manages timelines, coordinates vendors, and oversees the full execution, allowing you to relax and experience each moment knowing your celebration is in expert hands.

4 weeks out, you'll hand off all your info, and we take it from there and we oversee everything onsite that day
